Initial Incident in the Gym of ESIC Bihta :
The ongoing conflict at ESIC Bihta began on Saturday, July 12, when two male hospital staff members entered the gym during the designated time for female students. Despite being asked to leave, the staff members refused. The situation escalated when a guard began recording a video of the staff members. In response, the staff members also started making videos, and it was discovered that they had taken unauthorized photos of female students. This breach of privacy was reported to the Dean of the college.
Dispute Over Medicine
The following day, tensions rose further when a medical student of ESIC Bihta was denied free medicine by the pharmaceutical staff. This refusal led to a heated dispute, exacerbating the already tense atmosphere on campus.
Staff Threaten Students
Today, the situation has deteriorated significantly, with hospital staff gathering and issuing threats to the students. The staff, seemingly motivated by the previous altercation on July 12, are reportedly preparing to attack the students. This has created a state of emergency at ESIC College.

Reports have emerged of staff members harassing female students. In some cases, students have resorted to physical retaliation in self-defense. The safety of female students on campus is a significant concern, with allegations of gun threats adding to the perilous environment.

Amidst these ongoing threats and acts of violence, the Dean and college authorities have been criticized for their inaction. Students claim that the administration is not taking adequate measures to address the emergency situation or ensure the safety and security of the campus community.
