Lessons learnt during NEET preparation

The preparation of NEET is not an easy task. It’s not about one day or one month thing. It takes an year or even more to complete its preparation. In this journey you will learn to overcome failure, gain a lot of experiences and get a lot of courage to face different challenges to balance life family study and everything.

Here are some points which every NEET aspirants learn during the preparation.

1. Habits of Working Hard

The very first thing which you will learn during preparation is doing hard work like – Reading chapters, solving MCQs, preparing for class test, remembering exceptions of inorganic and that too in a limited time. You have to study so much that working hard becomes  your habits.

2.Habits of Working smart

Once you start working hard but still you don’t get your all task completed. Then you start working smart. Like now you will not read and learn everything blindly, you will work smart and you will start reading only relevant chapters and topics, make a table or chart by your own, learning mnemonics. Rather than solving any Random books and solve questions of MCQs these are just an example. You will become smart enough to differentiate between what to do and what do not.

3. Mental health

During preparation of any competitive exam, the most important thing other than your study is your ‘mental strength’. It doesn’t matter how much you have studied or how much time you have practised MCQs it will be of no use if you are having giving up attitude. It is so because your years of hard work are going to be judged in just 3 hours. And this is the main catch in the competitive exams. So, those who are mentally strong can do their best and achieve their dreams smartly.

4. To do the best under pressure

As we know our years of hard works is going to be tested in just few minutes so the pressure is obvious. The pressure not only comes from exam but also comes from expectation of parents and relatives. Those who are able to balance  all these pressures perform well and give there best in exam. So ‘to do the best under pressure’ is another lesson learnt from the preparation.

5. To live life independently

Many students move away from their home to other places for NEET PREPARATION. They start living alone and try to manage everything on their own. The students not only do their study, but also manage their expenses, do their shopping, washes their cloths and manage their food too. So, in this way they learn how to live independently.

6. To deal with emotional trauma

After passing 10th , students are not very mature, though they face emotional trauma too. That could be in the form of home sickness, lack of parental care, etc. During the preparation students learn to deal with these difficulties. And in the end they become emotionally strong and get to know there priority of life.

Though, itis the toughest exam of India so it takes a lot of courage to prepare for it. That is why we can say preparation of NEET not only lead to your dream of becoming doctor but also make you a completely new and good human being too.
