- Cost: Pursuing MBBS from government medical College is almost nil when compared with private medical college fees. The fee of government medical college ranges from few thousands to lakh for entire 4.5 years whereas it ranges from 60-80 lakhs to 2 crores in private medical college. But when it comes to foreign countries, the fee structure varies from country to country. MBBS from countries like Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan is definitely cheaper than Indian Private Medical College and it ranges from 25-45 lakhs whereas MBBS from Nepal or Bangladesh varies between 55-80 lakhs.

Implementation of NEXT examination is also something to be considered because the Syllabus and pattern of NEXT will be based as per the ‘competency-based curriculum’ by NMC and diseases its treatment and prevalence. Whereas in foreign countries, there method of teaching, syllabus, prevalence of disease and pattern of treatment varies from India and this should be considered while taking admission as to practice in India, NEXT is mandatory!
