The detentions took place following searches conducted by the CBI at the students’ rooms on Wednesday evening. Both individuals are accused of stealing the NEET-UG question paper from a National Testing Agency (NTA) trunk in Hazaribagh.

In addition to these arrests, the CBI has also detained Rakesh Ranjan, one of the alleged masterminds behind the NEET Paper Leak Case. Ranjan, who was apprehended in Nalanda, is accused of obtaining the leaked paper, solving it, and distributing it to MBBS aspirants. This brings the total number of arrests in the case to 14 individuals.
