The Democratic Medical Association (DMA)<\/strong> has launched an important initiative in Bihar to address long-standing concerns of doctors regarding duty hours, workload, and pay<\/strong>. Recognizing that these issues are often discussed but rarely backed by structured data, DMA is conducting an anonymous survey<\/strong> aimed at collecting real, evidence-based insights from medical professionals across the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
