In the wake of the distressing revelations made by Dr. Meghna Thakur<\/strong> regarding her ordeal at Narayan Medical College and Hospital (NMCH Sasaram, Bihar)<\/strong>, an outpouring of support and solidarity has emerged from the medical fraternity, demanding justice and accountability for the mistreatment she endured during her pregnancy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following widespread dissemination of Dr. Meghna’s<\/strong> story on social media platforms, numerous MBBS students and doctors have rallied behind her cause, expressing outrage over the toxic work environment prevalent within medical institutions. In a heartening display of unity, various organizations, including the National Medicos Organization (NMO)<\/strong> and the Indian Medical Association (IMA)<\/strong>, have lent their support to Dr. Meghna’s quest for justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a conversation with Vishwa Prakash & Ritesh Srivastava ( Co-founder of Med College Darshan<\/a><\/strong> )<\/strong>, Dr. Meghna extended her gratitude to the entire team for amplifying her voice and bringing attention to her plight. The unwavering support from platforms like Med College Darshan has played a pivotal role in garnering widespread attention to her case and mobilizing support from across the medical community.
Vishwa Prakash<\/strong> added “we will keep raising our voice for such issues till the justice and we expect NMC to take all the necessary steps to safeguard the Doctors and maintain a healthy and toxic free environment among medical fraternity.<\/em>” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Tanmay Kunj<\/a>, the Convenor of IMA MSN Bihar<\/strong>, reached out to Dr. Meghna, assuring her of the organization’s unwavering support in seeking redressal for the injustices she has faced. Additionally, Dr. Prashant Jha, Vidyarthi Pramukh of NMO Bihar<\/a><\/strong>, conveyed the organization’s stance on the matter, affirming that all necessary steps have been initiated, including notifying NMC officials and reaching out to the anti-ragging department to address instances of harassment.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
