nuclear-derived method for detecting the presence of specific genetic material in any pathogen, including a virus. <\/em><em><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><u>Principles:-<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>One-step RT-PCR vs two-step RT-PCR<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em><\/em><em>The quantification of&nbsp;<\/em><em>mRNA<\/em><em> &nbsp;using RT-PCR can be achieved as either a one-step or a two-step reaction.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><\/em><em>The difference between the two approaches lies in the number of tubes used when performing the procedure.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>The two-step
