Advocate Anurag Sinha specializes in Criminal Law and Constitutional Law and has professional experience working at the Delhi High Court. His work includes contributing to the analysis of Section 27 of the Indian Evidence Act and studying complex legal doctrines such as Piercing the Corporate Veil. His expertise helps provide legal insight into cases involving constitutional rights, criminal proceedings, and professional legal protections.
Advocate Satyabansham Kumar
- LLM – Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna
- LLB – Delhi University
Advocate Satyabansham Kumar has experience in Criminal Law, Civil Law, and Medico-Legal Cases. He has worked with the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India, contributing to the implementation of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. His experience in both public policy and legal practice brings valuable expertise to medico-legal matters involving healthcare professionals.
