1. 'Med College Darshan' is in its initial phase and step by step we are moving towards a established platform that will help lakhs of neet aspirants, medicos as well as entire medical fraternity.
2. Since we are in a progressive phase, lots of financial and technical challenges are there with us and as of now there is no monetary profit from our platform thus we will not be able to pay or reward you, neither we are looking for any financial help from any member of our team but ofcourse an appreciation will be there for the efforts for each individual on our platform.Â
In future we will definitely look for monetization scope and if we succeed then each individual will definitely be rewarded on the basis of their contribution, efforts and performance. Till then each of us will have to keep patience and dedication towards our goal.Â
3. It's a humble request to maintain the dignity of the group. Avoid any misunderstanding / miscommunication/ unnecessary debate or discussion with any member with regards to the work. Do not indulge in any type of jealousy or unhealthy competitive environment among the team mates and try to maintain a healthy and positive environment.
