AIQ (All India Quota) counselling is a centralized counselling process conducted by the Directorate
General of Health Services (DGHS), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. All India Counselling is conducted by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) and Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC). Here you will get all the previous years college allotment details, like at what rank aspirants got which college.

Eligibility –
NEET UG Qualification: Candidates must have qualified in the NEET UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance
Test for Undergraduate) examination by scoring the minimum qualifying marks in their respective
categories.
Indian Citizenship: Only Indian citizens, Non-Resident Indians(NRIs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs),
Persons with Indian Origin (PIOs), and foreign nationals are eligible for NEET AIQ counselling.
But all candidates except Indian citizens like NRI, OCI, PIO and other foreign nationals must apply for
taking admission under the NRI quota seats during state counselling only. Government and private
medical institutes only offer NRI quota seats at the state level.

Seats Availability –
Open seats-domicile free includes:
i. 15% All India Quota seats MBBS/ BDS Seats of States,
ii. 100%MBBS/ BDS Seats of BHU OPEN
iii. AIIMS Open seats- 100% MBBS Seats of AIIMS across India
iv. JIPMER Open (Puducherry/ Karaikal)
v. AMU Open
vi. 15% All India Quota seats of DU/ I.P University (VMMC/ ABVIMS/ESIC Dental)
vii. Jamia Open seats- Faculty of Dentistry (Jamia Milia Islamia)
viii. 15% All India Quota Seats of ESIC
Seats reserved for candidates having domicile includes :
I. 85% State Quota seats only DELHI- candidates who have studied 11th&12th grade in Delhi NCT are
eligible for state quota of 85% in Delhi University (DU)and Indraprastha University (IP).

Reservation Criteria –
S.C.- 15%
S.T.- 7.5%
O.B.C.- (Non-Creamy Layer) as per the Central OBC list- 27%
EWS- as per Central Government norms- 10%
PwD- Horizontal Reservation as per NMC norms- 5%

Registration and other fees –
For (15% All India Quota)/ Central Universities (DU, AMU, BHU and Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi)/ AFMC&
ESI/ All AIIMS/ JIPMER/B.Sc. Nursing –
I) Non Refundable Registration fee:-Rs. 1000/- for UR/EWS candidates & Rs. 500/- for SC/ ST/
OBC/ PwD candidates.
II) Refundable security amount:- Rs.10,000/- for UR/EWS candidates &Rs. 5,000/-
III) For SC/ST/OBC/PwD e.g. any UR candidate opting for Central Universities/
IV) AFMC/ ESI will pay Rs. 1000/-+ Rs. 10,000= Rs. 11,000 at the time of registration.
V) Any SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidate will pay Rs. 500 + Rs.5,000 = Rs. 5,500 at the time of
registration.
For Deemed Universities –
Non Refundable Registration fee:-Rs. 5000/-(same for all candidates)
Refundable Security amount:-Rs. 2, 00,000/-
e.g Any candidate opting for Deemed University will have to pay Rs 5000/- Non refundable fee + Rs
2,00,000/- Refundable security amount at the time of at the time of Registration.

Documents required –
1) NEET UG Admit Card: It is the hall ticket issued by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for the
NEET UG examination.
2) NEET UG Rank Card/Result: The official document that shows your NEET UG rank and score.
3) Class 10 Certificate & Mark Sheet: Proof of date of birth is required, and the Class 10 certificate
or mark sheet can serve as evidence.
4) Class 12 Certificate & Mark Sheet: You will need to provide the certificate or mark sheet of your
qualifying examination (Class 12 or equivalent).
5) Character Certificate: Counseling authorities require a conduct certificate from your previous
institution.
6) Transfer certificate/College leaving certificate: Certificate issued by last school/college you have
attended.
7) Migration Certificate: If you have completed your qualifying examination from a different
board/university, you may be required to submit a migration or transfer certificate.
8) Identity Proof: Any government-issued identity proof, such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport,
or driver’s license.
9) Passport-size Photographs: Carry multiple passport-size photographs as per mentioned in
counselling guidelines.
10) Provisional Seat Allotment Letter: If you have already been allotted a seat in a previous round of
counseling, you should carry the provisional seat allotment letter issued by the counseling
authority.
11) Category Certificate (if applicable): If you belong to a reserved category (EWS/SC/ST/OBC), you
will need to provide a valid caste/category certificate issued by the competent authority.
12) PwD Certificate (if applicable): If you have a disability, you should provide a disability certificate
issued by a recognized medical authority.
13) Gap Certificate (if applicable): In case there was a gap between the completion of the previous
academic qualification and NEET UG examination, a gap certificate may be required.
