The Democratic Medical Association (DMA) has launched an important initiative in Bihar to address long-standing concerns of doctors regarding duty hours, workload, and pay. Recognizing that these issues are often discussed but rarely backed by structured data, DMA is conducting an anonymous survey aimed at collecting real, evidence-based insights from medical professionals across the state.
If you have ever felt overworked, underpaid, or unheard, this is your opportunity to make your voice count. The survey takes just 60 seconds to complete and is designed to ensure complete confidentiality while gathering meaningful data that can drive policy-level changes.
In this regard, we are circulating a Google Form link to collect responses from doctors, interns, and healthcare professionals. The data gathered will help DMA present a stronger, more credible case for improving working conditions and ensuring the welfare of the medical fraternity.

Your participation is crucial.
Because real change begins with real data.
YOUR SURVEY MATTERS.
YOUR VOICE MATTERS.
