After the release of MBBS 2022 batch results of Aryabhatt Knowledge University (AKU), Students were continuously raising their concern regarding the evaluation process and revision of results as the results were published on the basis of old passing criteria which was amended by the National Medical Council (NMC) in Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) guidelines and on 01.08.2023.

The Indian Medical Association ( IMA ) MSN Bihar also came in support of students and wrote the letter to the university demanding the revision of the results as per the new guidelines of NMC.
In a significant move, the National Medical Council (NMC) has responded to the query made by Satyam Arya, student of 2022 batch PMCH, Patna and has directed the university to “address the concerns of student accordingly and also communicate to the colleges affiliated to your University.”
This is definitely a big win for students and they are hoping for the immediate intervention of the university positively.
